During a competitive premier match, the FPS value drops by 3 times when logging into the user profile.

When you press Tab while playing a CS2 match, then log in and out of any player's Steam profile and then return to the game, your FPS drops by at least a factor of three. Instead of around 250 FPS, I get 75 FPS. Somehow, the graphics card frequency, voltage, and GPU usage are decreasing. Please fix this already, I don't want to experience unnecessary FPS losses. By the way, I'm playing the game in full-screen windowed mode.
