My whole pc freezes after a bit when launching cs2.

It just gets stuck on the valve logo for a bit, and then freezes my whole computer, sometimes gives an error sometimes doesnt, i have tried rebuilding the shader cache, disabling shader cache, reinstalling the whole game, but nothing worked. most of the time my mouse also freezes, but that didnt happen the time i recorded it.
