Character Models Blacked Out and Visual Glitches After Update -CS2

I have been playing CS2 on my Steam Deck for a year now (docked with monitor and keyboard) and never had any issues. After installing the latest update today, the game is unplayable as character models are not loading correctly and the game is generally running poorly. Tried uninstalling and re-installing, verifying game files, and running with launch command "vulkan-" but no luck.
