Sudden stuttering and tearing in graphics while playing

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
After the most recent update, my CS2 starts to experience severe lag after playing around three "Casual" matches. The graphics become glitchy and the game feels like it's running at 10 FPS, with every movement stuttering. The issue doesn’t resolve on its own, and I have to restart the game to get it back to normal. I've already verified the game files and tried all possible fixes.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Play 3 Games
- Be amazed by the graphics problem

a work around solution like mentioned in this thread seems to be the startoption: LD_PRELOAD="" %COMMAND%
(i will give it a try and report after that Edit: After 40min of playing no stuttering.. it seems to work!)
It maybe have something to do with the the time when Valve started to implement the "Record your game" thing on Steam
This seems to also fix stuttering for me. On top of that, without that command, quitting the game does take a long time. Using the command, quitting the game works flawless and instant.
I have also had my fair share of issues with CS2 tearing and it seems for me that these steps have resolved basically all of them for now:
- Update to Kernel
6.14.9-zen1-1-zen(on Arch) - DISABLE steam overlay
- Set the launch command

I have played multiple wingman and premier matches now without the game feeling like its locked to 60FPS with tearing
