Demo paly "spec_lock_to_xxx" can't lock on steam logged account player

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

these console command does not work when whatching demo

• spec_lock_to_accountid
• spec_lock_to_current_player

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. play some cs2 demo, need a current steam account player recorded in demo
2. use spec_lock_to_accountid STEAM_ACCOUNT_ID, or change demo focus on steam account use spec_lock_to_current_player
3. can change POV to other player, indicates that the lock does not take effect
