Irregular frametimes (micro stutters) after 20 minutes of playing

Nvidia Driver: 550.67 Using X11.

After around 20 minutes of playing i get frametimes that look like this: image in lobby: image

and when i restart it comes back to normal: image in lobby: image

It started to happen around 28th of March. 99% sure it started happening between 24-28th of March. In that period i didn't update anything on my system (it has to be CS fault). It only happens after some time. This doesn't seem to happen when i just AFK in lobby.

Can i do anything to debug this problem?
