Since the latest update, im unable to start the game.

"Failed to initalize vulkan. Make sure your GPU and Driver support Vulkan" Tested on drivers: 535, 525, 545 Persistes after verifying files, and reinstalling. Ubuntu 23.10

Please note

I am able to process the vulkan sharers to completion. This implies you do not need vulkan to process vulkan shaders.

Its reasonable to conclude that the error message is not accurate, and the process which created it may be doing something wrong. The game engine appears capable of using Vulkan in one context but not another.
