Virtual audio device not working

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I have created a virtual audio device for my microphone, I take my input put it through some filters then send that to the virtual device. This virtual audio device does not work in CS2 since the call to arms update. CS2's microphone device is does not show up in QjackCtl unless my original microphone input is selected in the settings, I can get the virtual device to work using QJackCtl by setting the connections manually. I have tried on both wayland and x11 and changing if the virtual device is the system default.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. set virtual device as microphone input
2. try to talk

I do not know which update changed this but currently when using x11 my virtual audio device does not even show up as an option to use. I can still use QJackCtl to force the connection between my virtual audio device and CS2/Steam.
