VOIP/Voice Chat volume too low

Ever since "Call to Arms" update the VOIP volume is just too low. Even when using snd_voipvolume 2 (in the settings you can set it to a maximum of 1, through the console its 2) it's just way too low. Still happening on build Feb 07 14:46:45 Debian 12 + PulseAudio + Plasma

The only thing that is of good volume is my loopback, voice_loopback and voice_loopback_no_networking sound normal As a temporary fix you guys can just uncap snd_voipvolume.

Also happening with pipewire, do you have any suggestions where should i look for this problem? SDL? @kisak-valve

can confirm VOIP is very low and can barely hear others. no matter if maxed out. system volume is at 76%. issue appeared only at Call to Arms update. on occasion it can also crash game if using VOIP function. usually at start of the game

Kubutnu 22.04 LTS Linux 5.15.0-94-generic Yes, Plasma / KDE

No special application sound settings. It worked very well before Call to Arms update, so i never touched those..

also using plasma, i will try another DE or just only WM but i don't think thats the problem.
