CSGO2 not starting since Jan 09

Since 09 of Jan CS:GO2 would not start. I have changed nothing on my machine but now when I click on CSGO game button just flicks and nothing happens. It must be some background update that broken Steam or CSGO.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam
2. Click PLAY
3. Observe

Hello @Sakvojage, are you using Canonical's Steam in Snap packaging? If you are, then you're experiencing the issue being tracked at https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime/issues/640.
