Insane input lag, stutters and artifacts on low settings

Insane input lag together with stutters on such good hardware. Tried with lower possible settings, no change at all. Performance is still awful (insane input lag, stutters + artifacts).
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Launch the game
- Connect to any mode
- Try to play
The game is unplayable on both Linux and Windows, but on Linux it gives some insane crashes out of nowhere, you can't even play a simple mirage
i get the same my hardware https://gist.github.com/emko/7e52c60c06a554aac486f62ca0c339ce the stutters are random but often, frame pacing jumps to 80ms or higher and its not smooth, from what i can see it goes from 300+fps down to 30-60 for a split second
My fps is almost constant, and the biggest frame drop is from 200 to 150 (but still have to be good), anyway it's awful laggy and choppy.. I feel i am back in 2013 when CSGO arrived for Linux (it was the same, now even worse) Lowering graphics changes nothing (except picture quality), the gameplay is bad at all.
In CS2 is it there any difference to the ranked matches? I have two wins on same map, and they're not counted, it still saying (win 10 more games)
Is rank system only for Premier?

Also had stutters in CS2. It got better after (installing more recent graphic card drivers) and activating Shader pre-caching in steam settings-> downloads. After doing this once I disabled it again (for some reason it did it every new start of the game). The processing of those shaders took some hours.
That's not a case on my setup. And mostly it's not a case with recent Xorg, as 3 buttons emulation is disabled by default if mouse have 3 buttons or touchpad is not available.
Well done Valve.. It was almost fine with last week update (7MB), but since today's update (20MB) the game is unplayable again. With the same issues. Input lag, stutter, frame drop....

This feels relevant even today. Some patches the game is bearable, then a game patch drops, or maybe it's the nvidia drivers update (although I've experienced both sides on the same driver version), maybe the stars align, and it's back to shit experience.
