In the system, the scaling is set to 125%, proprietary nvidia drivers set the desktop resolution to 6144x3456. Due to scaling, the picture in the game goes beyond the monitor, because the monitor has a resolution of 3840x2160, and the game started with a resolution of 6144x3456. The side control panels may load normally, or they may load at very high magnification and go beyond the monitor, and the central part of the screen will always go beyond the monitor. It will also not be possible to correctly hover the mouse over the controls. When set to 100% scaling (resolution 3840x2160) everything starts up fine.

Dota 2 also runs fine with 125% scaling. Please fix it.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Set the scale to 125%
2. Check that the nvidia driver set the resolution to 6144x3456.
3. Launch the game and see for yourself.
4. Set the scale to 100% and check that everything works properly now.
