Chat window stuck when match ends

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When I open up the chat and start to type before it ends after the match ends the chat windows just stuck. So it don't let me continue typing and I cannot send it what I already typed in. To get unstuck I have to click outside the chat window and then click on it again.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start a match
2. Wait before the match ends
3. Open up the chat and type before results(?) screen
4. Try to type/send that unfinished message after the results(?) screen appears

Also had this issue since I started playing 2 years ago, issue is present in all versions of Ubuntu and OSX released in that time period.

That's pretty bad... I also started about a few years because I'm not a big fan of f2p unboxing games. I'm a long term CS1.6 player. But I realised that CS:GO runs much better on Linux for me and I swapped. It's flawless except when it's buggy like hell. And looks like it's buggy for a long time...
