This issue is with regards to Counter-Strike Global Offensive. I would randomly freeze and then disconnect from games with the following error message repeated a ton:

Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Enter matchmaking game
- Happens randomly
Had the same issue. Looks like wifi and wired network being enabled simultaneously caused that. Disabled wifi and it stopped happening.

I had a similar problem, but today I fixed it. It looks like this is due to a firmware update of the router. Today I change the connection class to "2 Real-time interactive (games, video-conferencing)" on my keenatic air dashboard, and the issue is gone.

Thats literally turning off logging and not helping at all. In-game description: "sdr_spew_level" = "5" - verbosity level for SteamNetSockets spew
I have the same issue — it depends on the day. Most of the days it's working perfectly fine, but if it happens once, the possibility of it happening again the same day is very high. Today I was disconnected about 15 times this way within two matches.
Most of the time a small lag happens before the issue, FPS drop. Then, my player does one of these two things:
- I can move, but once per while my position is reset to the position I lost the connection (90% of the time),
- the player freezes and I can do nothing.
After a while, a warning at top-right appears that I'm attacked by squids (pirate language, a message about being disconnected) and that's the moment I'm sure I can do nothing, I can only Alt-F4 to speed up the process of reconnecting. However, other players on the server DO see my movement while I'm attacked by squids. So I can move, shoot, defuse a bomb, but I will not see this on my screen. It seems like the connection is one-way only, so my client sends its packets to the server but refuses to receive packets from the server. Others see me disconnecting only after the timeout or when I close CS.
This is the console log I'm getting when this issue starts to appear. Each time it's similar.

After my tenth or so disconnect I was also disconnected from the server due to mismatched files, but I suspect it was related to force-closing CSGO.
Restarting the game does not help, restarting the computer also does not help. I also think that system updates are not related to this problem. I am sure this problem happened multiple times between multiple updates and I recall not having this issue one day and having it the other day on the same OS without any updates in between.

Weirdly enough, I think my problem has been fixed. I haven't been able to reproduce the scenario I described for months. I've been only disconnected once in the last several months due to a real network problem.

Still having this issue on CS2. I also tryed my onboard lan adapter and one USB C ethernet adapter. I am not sure if not my ISP have a problem or its game related. All other games working fine - or I just notice it on CS

It might, or might not be an ISP issue. I just noticed following:
- On CS2 Linux I got these console output - on Windows I don't, but the game still lags sometimes (Not as on linux, but differ - might be the way how packages are handled via networking on the OS / Driver side)
- I tested different lan adapters, no big differences
- I tested a mobile hotspot on Linux and the game works better, no laggs caused by duplicated packages. Considered to try a ISP switch to check if it might gets better.
