weapon_c4 point entity shows an error model when created in the hammer map editor rather than the c4 model. The default csgo.fgd uses a missing model of "models/weapons/w_c4.mdl" instead of the model "models/weapons/w_c4_planted.mdl" when defining the PointClass weapon_c4.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open up hammer the the default csgo.fgd
2. Make a point entity with classname "weapon_c4"
