Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The scoreboard on Subzero in Casual was not properly displaying players based on the score that they had within the game. It would show one player above another who had a higher score. This continued despite new rounds playing, but went away as soon as you would right click onto the scoreboard.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch CSGO on Windows (possibly other operating systems as well)
2. Join Casual Subzero
3. Play a few rounds and notice if the scoreboard does not properly order the players. (this bug seems very specific as I have not encountered it before)
