[BUG] Steam Overlay Keyboard 'qwertyuiop' row issue

Bug Cannot enter symbols from "qwertyuiop" row on desktop overlay keyboard.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Library'
2. Click on 'Search', keyboard will be shown
3. Try to input letters from 'qwertyuiop' row using overlay keyboard
4. See that letters does not show in search input box.

Expected behavior I can enter 'typewriter' word on overlay keyboard.

System Information

• OS Version: Debian 12.10, KDE Plasma 5.27.5 Wayland, kernel 6.1.0-32-amd64

Additional context Moving keyboard in virtual space do not affect on its behaviour. Using SteamVR on Pico 4 headset via ALVR v. 20.13.0.

It works the same on Quest 3 and it is incredible that this bug is still not solved. How come?

And the bug is still present when using SteamVR via Steam Link. It's not anything related to ALVR.
