[BUG] Secondary Graphics Card not work on Debian 12 with Steam VR but works fine everywhere else. hybrid graphics mode set in bios

Describe the bug cannot work on Debian 12 with graphics driver.

To Reproduce run steam vr on a bumblebee Thinkpad P53 with the nvidia drivers installed

Expected behavior it is supposed to function and not throw errors

System Information (please complete the following information):

• Steam client version (build number or date): current stable
• SteamVR version: beta
• Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Debian 12
• Steam runtime diagnostics: [generate via Help -> Steam Runtime Diagnostics in the Steam client] steam-untime-diag.txt
