[BUG] vrclient shared lib not found

Describe the bug I got this error message when i start steamvr and headset stays black Error Message:SteamVR failed to initialize for unknown reasons. (Error: vrclient Shared Lib Not Found (102) (102))

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start steamvr
2. See error

Expected behavior To steamvr to work and not to get an error message

So Valve, the library clearly exists yet SteamVR complains. What's the progress on this?
