[BUG] SteamVR Home Desktop Panel Crashes SteamVR

Describe the bug Placing the Desktop View Panel in SteamVR Home causes the entire SteamVR session to crash out (freeze and then turn off the HMD) after about 15 to 30seconds. The image is also upside down and/or mirrored

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to SteamVR Home
2. Open Menu go to Panels
3. Select Desktop View Panel
4. Notice panel is inverted - interact with for ~15seconds, experience crash

Expected behavior A view to the desktop inside SteamVR, no crash

• SteamVR version: 1.10.28

• Steam client version: March 9 2020

latest stable fixed the crash - image is still upside down

This is still crashing of Build ID 7556457. The image is still upside down also.
