Manual GPU Clock Control sometimes displays as 0Mhz, I don't think this is just a UI issue, as I got extremely low framerate when this happens. To get it working again, I have to re-edit the clock speed.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Enable per-game profile
2. Enable manual GPU clock control
3. Set the clock to some valid value
4. Randomly the issue will happen
