Update libusb to at least 1.0.25

SteamOS Holo 3.2 (20220502.100) contains libusb 1.0.24 which causes issues with xow eating a lot of CPU whenever there's an adapter connected (see https://github.com/medusalix/xow/issues/141). Updating to 1.0.25 would fix this issue and allow xow to operate normally.

Arch Linux currently has version 1.0.26, it should be sufficient to simply rebuild it from PKGBUILD.
