Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Would be useful for safety & security and is part of the core components in any distro, now I know people say but it has an immutable filesystem and everyone just uses it as normal with flatpaks/appimages.

How about when non-steam games need workarounds? Or people start needing desktop mode for other things? It would make sense to use them right?

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Boot into desktop mode
2. Check KDE Settings for Firewall to see if there is any.
3. Check Partitions to see if any are in an LVM group.
