Problem with typing in the Big Picture when using stick controller (logitech f710)

I have a problem with typing in the Big Picture when using stick controller (logitech f710) and the on-screen keyboard. Cursor disappears when the stick is in the neutral position. In that position it is impossible to choose symbol. Please make the cursor active in the neutral position of the controller stick.
