Controller settings for Big picture mode get lost to default after restart or client updates

My controller settings (Logitech f710) for Big picture mode (not for game) get lost to default after restart or client updates (SteamOS 2.0:1:2.195). Please fix this bug.

For me, this problem is no longer repeated.
