Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

MangoHUD displays 0.0W for CPU; never changes.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open a game
2. Open 3 dot menu
3. enable performance overlay (mangohud)
4. set above performance overlay level 1 (2-4)
5. check CPU Wattage

Expected: CPU Wattage reads >0.0W

Actual: CPU Wattage reads 0.0W regardless of load

Workaround: downgrade mangoHud to ga113f7c https://steamdeck-packages.steamos.cloud/archlinux-mirror/jupiter-main/os/x86_64/mangohud-0.8.1.r49.ga113f7c-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
