Incorrect Monitor Auto Resolution

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Auto resolution to properly function, nested desktop mode to respect the set resolution.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. On a wide monitor (in this case an LG one, 2560x1080 max 60Hz) using steamOs, boot in
2. With the default of auto resolution incorrect, disable it and resolution will then let you manually select a correct option.
3. Enter nested desktop, and see that it still follows the incorrect auto-resolution

for the second part of your issue, nested desktop is currently hardcoded to 800p regardless of the native panel resolution (being tracked here: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/SteamOS/issues/1820)

Tested on both DisplayPort and HDMI now after buying a DisplayPort cable, issue happens with both.
