Sunshine/ Controller Prevents Swtich To Desktop mode

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. If any Controller is connected either my Xbox Series One Elite trough xbox wireless adapter (xone Driver) or Sunshines virtual one, i cant switch from gaming mode to Desktop

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steamos on any AMD PC
2. Install Decky Plugin Loader and Decky Sunshine or Install Xone Driver and connect a Xbox Controller
3. Try switching from Game Mode to Desktop
