Screen off downloads no audio or wifi when woke

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Download forza 5 with screen off Leave the deck to sleep for approximately 12hrs Wake and the system has no sound or WiFi connection available.

Had to restart the system and all back to normal same with sleeping games its hit and miss weather it resumes with sound the WiFi is a new issue. Don't think I will use this feature again.
