Hibernation on Low Battery in Desktop Mode Breaks Bluetooth -- Steam Deck OLED

I've been consistently having issues getting Bluetooth to work on wakeup after an automatic hibernation in desktop mode. Have noticed this bug since at least two months ago.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Turn on Steam Deck
2. Go to Desktop Mode
3. Let battery drain until 5 percent and Steam Deck go into hibernation
4. Plug in and power on Steam Deck, Bluetooth is disabled with no way to reenable itself properly on Desktop mode

Only way I know how to reenable Bluetooth functionality is to restart the Deck outright.
