Allow for custom refresh rate in game mode

The legion go in game mode runs at 144hz which great reduces battery life and makings the ui much more laggy so there should be a option to reduce it to 60hz and decrease the resolution. Here already exist a custom internal resolution setting but it only shows one resolution and refresh rate
