[Invalid] SteamOS Links are broken in the README instructions

As already mentioned in #1594 the section for SteamOS ISO Links are broken and thus since more than a year for now. The webserver (nginx) points to an empty page. Either remove the part or add a note that the Link is for the moment broken until an update will bring it back. :)
