[Feature Request] - Easy way to access the recovery menu on non-Deck handhelds

On the Legion Go S (and other non-Deck handhelds), there is no easy way to get to the SteamOS recovery menu during the bootup process like you can on the Steam Deck by holding down the ... button. Attempting the same steps on the Go S simply does nothing.

The only way I'm aware of that actually works on non-Deck handhelds is by running steamos-bootdebug menu, but this is not really feasible in a "bad update" scenario since you would need to run that command from a live system or a live disk via chroot.

you can load the other copy of grub & bypass steamcl altogether in a "bad update" scenario still should probably be fixed somehow though
