Yakuza 0 Performance Issues on Legion Go S Z1 Extreme (Steam OS)

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Even with its more powerful Z1 Extreme chip, the Legion Go S running Steam OS shows significantly worse performance in Yakuza 0 compared to the Steam Deck OLED and even the ROG Ally X (also on Steam OS with the Z1 Extreme). This problem is especially apparent at lower TDPs.
Performance Comparison: Steam Deck OLED (800p, Ultra Graphics): 15W TDP: Smooth 90 FPS 10W TDP: Consistent 60 FPS
Legion Go S (800p, Ultra Graphics): 33W-40W TDP: Only 75-80 FPS 15W TDP: Around 55 FPS 10W TDP: Approximately 30 FPS
Despite giving the Legion Go S higher TDPs (33W-40W), its frame rates still fall short of the Steam Deck's performance, which runs at much lower power. Adjusting Proton versions or VRAM size on the Legion Go S didn't fix these performance differences.
Interestingly, the ROG Ally X, which uses the same Z1 Extreme processor and also runs Steam OS, performs as smoothly as the Steam Deck OLED under identical settings, unlike the Legion Go S.
I suspect this issue might stem from different manufacturer scheduler settings on each device's chipset or a general lack of optimization specifically for the Legion Go S when running Steam OS.
