Ideally, the services list should not have any failed services in it.

The "Verify integrity of password and group files" service is failed and has this in the log:

shadow.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
shadow.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Started Verify integrity of password and group files.
shadow.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
shadow.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Boot system as normally.
2. Look at the log.
