Inverted color on steam menu when hdr is enabled in-game

I have a steam deck oled 512GB and after updating to 3.7.8 whenever I am playing a game with hdr enabled, occasionally, when pressing the "steam" button the menu appears with inverted colors. This doesn't occur with every game and some games have this issue occur more than others. I only have a few games installed that have an HDR option and out of those three I've only experienced this happen in two of them. Within Monster Hunter: World I haven't encountered this issue, in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice I've had this occur three times out of around the seven times I've played it, and In Final Fantasy Remake it occurs every time. Also this issue only occurs when pressing the "steam" button and not the ". . ." button.
