Pixelated display on specific tv

- Have you checked for updates in Settings > System?: Yes Ryzen 5 5600 RX 6600 16gb DDR4 1080p Element TV (unsure what the model number is)
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I've installed Steam OS on my PC. Based on my experience with big picture mode in windows, I expected gamescope to display native 1080p on my TV. For whatever reason, this is not the case. It appears to be scaling from or to a lower resolution, resulting in an image that looks like it was rendered in Minecraft. This only happens in gaming mode, desktop mode behaves normally. Additionally, I tried the bazzite-deck image, and the issue repeated itself there. I would like to think it is an issue with my TV, but in Bazzite, I was able to get it to display normally by switching to desktop mode and back, though this did not persist when putting the device to sleep. Double additionally, plugging my Steam Deck into the same TV works perfectly. Triple additionally 😞, this does not occur on my other 1080p displays.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Boot a fresh install of Steam OS
- Plug into my older element tv
- Profit?
