ROG ALLY - USB port stops working/charging while gaming or under load

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. play any game for about 30 mins to 1 hour and it will stop charging and battery will run out , game usually becomes laggy and that become the main indication that the power is gone , until i shut down for about a minute then boot back up, a standard restart doesn't fix it a shutdown is required

2. when i have the rog ally on a dock and play a game or do any heavy work such as web downloads while file copy the external monitor will stop working and device will stop charging, the usb port is essentially dead until i shut down for about a minute then boot back up, a standard restart doesn't fix it a shutdown is required

3. this issue was present in tested versions 3.8 , 3.7.7 , 3.7.8
