Feature request: Arabic OSK

Hello Valve team,

Thank you for your great work on SteamOS and the Steam Deck.

I would like to request the addition of Arabic language support to the SteamOS virtual keyboard. Currently, Arabic is not available as an input option for the on-screen keyboard, which makes it difficult for Arabic-speaking users to search, chat, or input text comfortably.

Adding Arabic support would greatly improve accessibility and usability for a large number of users in the Middle East and North Africa region.
