Feature request: toggle to disable annoying Deck haptics wake chime

The haptics can be initialized fine without it, and it’s extremely annoying to wake up your environment with the very loud bebeep on every Deck wake.

The workaround is to disable Steam Haptics entirely, but that means giving up on haptics when it is not necessary.
