Wifi won't work after updating to latest SteamOS 3.6 Beta

I can't revert the update either as I can't connect to the internet

I tried the Factory Reset but it's stuck at Preparing 0%

I have fixed my wifi issue. looks like the /var got full after the update and NetworkManager won't able to start
