Native support for microsoft xbox wireless adapter

Made support for the Xbox wireless adapter with allow for remote use of wireless headphones using the Xbox controller, Support for controller, expansion port. The controller expansion port enables the Xbox one chat pad, and third-party volume control adapter for wired headphones. Third-party open source projects such as XONE demonstrate that this is not only possible, but it can be integrated into the base image with minimal effort.

Collaboration with Microsoft may be mutually beneficial as use of the official app or integration of its functionality into steam and steamos would promote the use of Microsoft hardware over third-party hardware.
