Desktop Mode: Application Dashboard keyboard not visible

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When using the "Application Dashboard" (Full-screen start menu) Widget in desktop mode instead of the "Application Menu" and opening the keyboard, it is covered by the full screen window.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Enter Desktop Mode
2. right click desktop and click "Enter Edit Mode"
3. Hover over startmenu, click "Show alternatives" and select "Application Dashboard"
4. Open Application Dashboard and open keyboard
5. the keyboard is not visible
