Left-Click stuck on task bar, dragging items off

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

This is something that happens after a while but can be exacerbated/accelerated by using the pause button to switch control schemes, but what you observe is that when you click on the task bar (notably) you get stuck in the click state and drag things around.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start desktop mode
2. Using the Pause (three horizontal lines) button to switch control scheme (holding it down should switch gamepad/desktop assignment modes for the button config, useful if you need to do both).
3. Move the cursor over the task manager (or taskbar depending on your usual terminology)
4. Observe how you drag the icons off causing all sorts of havoc. Sometimes this will require clicking on the app icon (as if selecting that window), sometimes it just goes mental. It's as if something is stuck, and then affects any connected peripherals as well, not just the deck's built-in controls.
