Steam Deck reboots when trying to connect via Steam Link app

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I used to be able to connect to my Steam Deck using the Steam Link app on an android tablet. However when trying this recently, the connection attempt from the tablet causes the Steam Deck to reboot itself 100% of the time.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steam Link on Android tablet
2. In the Steam Link app, scan for Steam computers. Select the Steam Deck
3. In the Steam Link app, tap "Start Playing". Steam deck reboots itself every time.
