[Feature Request] Please add CDEmu to SteamOS base image

CDEmu is an incredibly useful tool for handling disk images, and consequently vintage games and retrogaming in general. Recently Bazzite added it by default with version 3.0.0. So, considering the really small size of the software and SteamOS' immutable filesystem, it would be an extremely useful addition to the distro, with no downsides.
