Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. When waking from sleep sometimes the WiFi speed is very slow like 500kb/s. Steam id: 76561198156687375

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Put steam deck into sleep
2. Wake from sleep
3. Like 1 out of 10 times the WiFi is super slow
