Touchscreen mouse clicks are applied before moving the mouse in FTL: Faster Than Light

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open FTL: Faster Than Light
2. Move the mouse on a weapon
3. Tap anywhere else on the screen

I'm experiencing this too, on a Dell XPS 15 that has a touch screen. It's a major bummer, I'm seeing support threads for this issue going back to 2014.
