(Desktop mode) Taskbar Auto Hide not working properly when docked & Steam Decks display used as a secondary display.

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When setting the Taskbar to "Auto Hide" in "Enter Edit Mode" > "More Options", The taskbar does not Auto Hide. It, however, does flicker.

When moving the mouse cursor towards and away from the taskbar the taskbar tries to Auto Hide but cannot. This issue is not present when using a single monitor. for example, when using just the steam decks screen the issue is not present. additionally when docking the steam deck to an external monitor and disabling the steam deck's display the issue is not present. however, if you dock the steam deck and use the steam deck's display as a secondary monitor, the issue is present.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Dock the steam deck and Enter "Desktop mode"
2. Go to "Display Configuration" settings
3. On the "Device:" drop-down menu select "Built-in Screen"
4. Select the "Enabled" checkbox
5. Select " Orientation:" 90 degrees Counterclockwise
6. Apply settings
7. Right-click on the Taskbar and select "Enter Edit Mode"
8. On the right-hand side click on the button "More Options"
9. Under "Visibility" select "Auto Hide"
10. Finally exit Edit mode
