I suggest an option to allow the deck (per-user profiles or global) to automatically change the FPS/Refresh Rate settings to a desired FPS, or outright disable the FPS limiter when USB power is plugged in. A on/off toggle to enable such a setting along with the choice of FPS/Refresh Rate for USB power would be very beneficial for those that want to conserve battery life, but also want to play at high FPS when plugged in. The current solution is to manually go into the performance tab in the quick access menu, and manually adjust the FPS/Refresh rate. This can be very inconvenient at times.

Example: A user is playing a game that can hit 60+FPS at all times on the Steam Deck, but they prefer to play it at 30FPS or 40FPS on battery power to conserve battery life, but would rather play at 60+FPS when connected to USB power. The requested feature would only require the user to enable the suggested option, a separate FPS slider option (Similar to the current FPS limiter option) would appear to allow the user to choose a "USB Power FPS/Refresh Rate" (or outright disable the limiter). This would allow the user to play the game at 30/40FPS on battery, but dynamically switch the FPS/Refresh to the desired FPS selected (or disable the FPS limiter) in the setting when plugged into USB power.
